Ticketing

Tickets in.
Bids up.

Sell singles, couples and whole tables from the same platform that runs your auction, so ticket buyers, table plans and bidders are never in three different spreadsheets.

Everything you need to sell out the night.

Any ticket type

Singles, couples, VIP, early bird, student. Set the price, how many guests each ticket admits and a capacity limit.

Tables and seating

Build your table plan in the CMS. Guests can pick a table when they book, or leave it to you to seat them.

Book on a phone

A mobile-first booking page at your own event URL. Name, email, done, with an instant booking reference.

One guest list

Ticket buyers, table allocations and bidders all live in the same event, so your night runs from one screen.

On your microsite

Tickets appear automatically on your event microsite alongside the running order, venue info and auction preview.

Your money, your way

Take card payments through BID, or connect your own Stripe and settle straight into your charity’s account.

Table planner

Plan the room, not just the ticket sales.

Every event comes with a drag and drop floor plan. Build the room exactly as it will look on the night, then seat your guests against the tickets you have already sold.

Drag and drop floor plan

Move tables around a room grid, resize them and drop them exactly where they sit in the venue.

Square or rectangle tables

Switch any table between square and rectangle so the plan matches the real layout.

Stage, bar and lot displays

Add the stage, dance floor, bar, entrance, screens, auction desk and long lot display tables.

VIP and guest tags

Tag tables as VIP, special guest, sponsor, staff or accessible, and use as many tags as you need.

Notes on every table

Keep dietary needs, seating requests and host names against the table they belong to.

Linked to your ticket sales

Table tickets book straight onto a table, so your plan and your guest list never drift apart.

Live in about ten minutes.

What it costs

£1 a ticket. That’s the whole price list.

No set-up fee, no licence, no contract and no commission on what you raise in the auction. We add £1 per ticket sold, plus a 3% transaction fee if you take payments through BID. Connect your own Stripe and that 3% disappears entirely.
